**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and autonomous **People & Culture Coordinator** to support our growing team. You will play a key role in driving the HR function across various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, training, and employee relations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including conducting probation reviews and ensuring all pre-employment checks are met.
- Provide advice on award entitlements, Fair Work legislation, and employment conditions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including NDIS and WH&S.
- Coordinate employee training programs and track professional development to promote continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with managers to promote a safe working environment, supporting Workcover claims, return-to-work processes, and WH&S initiatives.
- Assist with rostering activities for support staff, managing vacant shifts and ensuring smooth operation of support services.
- Maintain confidentiality in all People & Culture matters and ensure accurate HR record-keeping.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives that align with our mission and values.
- Work independently on HR tasks, providing leadership within the HR function and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee matters.
- Familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards and WH&S regulations is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
