**This is a full-time permanent role** with an attractive remuneration package; base, bonuses, phone allowance, fuel, and access to a Toyota vehicle.**

**How you will make an impact**:
- Achieving monthly sales & gross profit targets across all sales categories including internal workshop, internal Pre-Delivery, panel, mechanical, mining, and tyres
- Managing the parts sales budget and monitor expenses to maximise profitability
- Establishing clear, achievable targets for the sales team based on dealership objectives
- Offering guidance and support to the sales team, helping them to improve performance and reach their goals
- Addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Reporting on sales performance to track against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Parts Manager role
- In depth working knowledge of Toyota Parts
- Outstanding leadership skills, with a positive can-do attitude and desire to work in a team environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Ability to work within documented processes and procedures
