**How you will make an impact**:

- Achieving monthly targets as set out by Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA) and the internal company budgets
- Monitoring daily sales, Repair Orders, gross profit, and expenses across the department
- Monitoring Technicians' productivity and efficiency, seeking methods for improvement
- Increasing customer satisfaction through effective retention strategies; Fix It Right (FIR) and On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Ensure all customer complaints are handled in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring a positive outcome
- Monitor warranty claim rejection and outstanding warranty payments, reconciling claims at the end of the month

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Previous management experience in the automotive industry
- Current WA manual driver's license
- Ability to solve problems, handle periods of high workload, and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Australian Trade Certificate in Light Vehicle Automotive desirable
