This role is responsible for the creative, administrative & general support of the Mimco Bags and Smalls Team. The focus is to be versed in the collection to update all presentation and internal design documents, sample tracking information and ownership of material and hardware submission**_._**

**_ Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity._**

**_ Key Accountabilities_**

Sample tracking
- Proto sample tracking
- Raw material sample tracking

Administration
- Presentation Documentation - Compilation and Maintenance
- Ensure Critical Path Dates are adhered to for Samples and Meeting Preparation
- Ensure Tracking documents are up to date and accurate
- Liaise with vendors on Material, Hardware and Sample Administration
- Attendance at weekly pod meetings
- Compile Retail training documents are produced on time in conjunction with design team
- Campaign and PR sample ordering, status and follow-up documentation
- PLM data input and maintenance in accordance with company timetable
- Manage Parcel sending and Collection

Design
- Colour Ups for presentation pages and meetings
- Assisting with Specifications and briefings as directed
- Assist with design and sketches as directed

**_Key Capabilities_**
- Relevant degree in design
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign, Hand sketching / Illustrator Sketching
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite & PLM Administration
- Knowledge of key materials, leather etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholder groups, internal and external
- Prioritize and juggle deadlines, projects and key deliverables
- Excellent problem solving skills
