I am looking for an Industrial Designer / Social Media Manager that has a passion for design and a great eye for detail, who can work independently and also as a team. You MUST have great communication and organisational skills, also you must be experienced and active on social media platforms - to frequently promote DCD's services as a Freelance Business, while balancing regular project work.

There has recently started a few new projects, including one large R&D project that could use more hands on deck Ultimately the team could use assistance with staying on top of Marketing and Promotional activity, so someone with an Industrial Design/Graphic Design skillset would be the ideal recruit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and always meet deadlines
- Ensure designs meet manufacturing, technical and client requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with team members, clients and suppliers
- Maintain and develop administration documents

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Design or similar Engineering / Design degree
- 3D CAD Modelling and Rendering skills - Proficient in SolidWorks and KeyShot is preferable
- Graphic Design skills are essential - using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills
- MUST be comfortable with social platforms and be willing to expand brand awareness with creative posts on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)

Are you an active user on Social Media and keen to help grow DCD Brand awareness

Do you have experience with Engineering reports and technical documentation writing?

Please confirm that will act in the best interest of the business and communicate frequently to keep clients happy with significant weekly progress to meet deadlines.

Please confirm that you understand the nature of Freelancing - there is no fixed salary or hourly rate, instead you are paid a commission for your contributions to paid projects (which can be very rewarding based on your contributions)
