**What they are looking for**:

- At least 1 year of experience in premium customer service in hospitality venues
- At least 18 years old with RSA and authorised to work in Australia
- Strong knowledge of food & wine and understanding of world-class service
- Can organise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Has the right positive attitude, motivated, and a team player

**About the job**:

- Show customers to their seats and present a variety of menu options
- Work with fellow hospitality team members to ensure quality service
- Take orders, clean tables, provide guest bills, and process payments
- Attend queries and provide the best advice to customers on their dining experience
- Follow and maintain the quality standard
