**What they are looking for**:

- At least 1 year of experience in premium customer service in hospitality venues
- At least 18 years old with RSA and authorised to work in Australia
- Strong knowledge of food & wine and understanding of world-class service
- Can organise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Has the right positive attitude, motivated, and a team player

**About the job**:

- Show customers to their seats and present a variety of menu options
- Work with fellow hospitality team members to ensure quality service
- Take orders, clean tables, provide guest bills, and process payments
- Attend queries and provide the best advice to customers on their dining experience
- Follow and maintain the quality standard

They offer classic French cuisine, an extensive international wine list, and showcase some of the city's finest live jazz music. Their food draws inspiration from fine dining greats such as Escoffier and Bocuse and also pays homage to provincial French favourites. Charcuterie, crustaceans, whole fish, and a range of prime beef cuts feature prominently on their extensive menu.
