We’re hiring for our iconic venue, R**estaurant Hubert**, and looking for a **kitchen hand** who thrives under pressure, keeps a spotless workspace, and helps deliver top-quality meal service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the back of house operation with any basic preparation of food.
- Keeping kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces clean to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assisting with dishwashing, cleaning utensils, and maintaining overall kitchen
- hygiene.

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 3 years experience working a restaurant section in a similar style venue.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with using commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.13 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
