Alberto's Lounge is looking for an accomplished section waiter to join our highly skilled team. We are offering a flexible roster with rare work life balance, great tips and the chance to work with a passionate and quality driven team.

Alberto's Lounge is one of Sydney's busiest and most loved little Italian restaurants. Located behind Hyde Park, we are a neighbourhood venue with an emphasis on warm service, beautiful food, delicious drinks and homely Italian hospitality.

Our focus is on our guests. We strive to deliver friendly, personable service, a high-quality product, immersive atmosphere, and an overall magical experience.

We are looking for waiters with an in-depth knowledge of food and wine, who understand how to run a seamless service and have a genuine passion for devoted hospitality.

As a member of the larger Swillhouse family (Le Foote, Restaurant Hubert, The Baxter Inn, The Caterpillar Club) you will have access to frequent industry leading trainings, opportunities for career progression and a pool of talented hospitality professionals to guide you to success.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience working a restaurant section in a similar style venue.
