We're seeking a Bar Manager who can lead with confidence, inspire a team, elevate every guest interaction and drive a drinks selection that balances contemporary technique with classic elegance. Previous experience managing teams, a strong understanding of restaurant systems and expert level drinks/spirits knowledge are expected for the role. The right candidate thrives under pressure, brings positive energy, and believes in delivering hospitality that's generous in spirit and precise in execution.
