Are you a passionate and qualified **Early Childhood Educator**, seeking a new role in a supportive team with opportunities for growth and develop?

We are seeking an experienced Cert 3 Educator to join this fantastic center.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering enriching educational experiences for children.
- Supporting young children’s development and growth through holistic learning, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Creating a safe space for children to express themselves, explore and discover encouraging an open and diverse environment for personal development.
- Observing and assessing children’s progress and milestones, actively contributing to plans for development.
- Building strong partnerships with families, fostering a sense of community.

**About You**:

- Passion for working with children, in this rewarding career
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Previous experience in Early Years Childcare Schools or Centers
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS
