Join global Facility Management leader BGIS to work across and support number of different projects whilst utilising your customer facing skills on our key government account.

As **a Project Support Coordinator, **you will work closely with Transition, Mobilisation & Commissioning Manager, Technical Asset Manager, Account Team, Project Delivery Services and client to provide document control and quality oversight of BGIS managed projects on behalf of the account. In this role you will be responsible for managing program documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and compliance with the client’s processes and guidelines. You will also support the broader team in overseeing the project documentation and milestones to ensure best value for the Client.

- Work hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours working week
- Only open to **Australian Citizens **, due to the security clearances required

As Project Support Coordinator you will be the gatekeeper for quality and accuracy to enable the team to effectively capture and monitor the various project stages.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the account specific Program of Works register to capture the various levels of opportunities and project initiation to feed clients forecasting and program of works. Taking into consideration asset condition and lifecycle costing analysis to meet asset management requirements within the program.
- Assist in the preparation of where required from inception to final completion and handover of projects inclusive but not limited to Project Return Briefs, EOI, RFP, RFT, EOI & RFP & RFT Evaluation Board Reports, Subcontract agreements, Progress Claims and Variation Orders.
- Administer project close-out and handover duties in accordance with client and BGIS methodology.
- Maintain accurate document management, including uploading and filing all project documentation, such as project plans, meeting minutes, bid packages, technical and financial close-out reports, etc.
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders for the provision of key project document and providing reports to relevant stakeholders.

**Essential **Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or in Facilities Management and Project Delivery.
- Experience in producing and maintaining a rolling program of works.
- Business awareness with demonstrated understanding of the contract management of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Experienced in working within an environment using QA, WHS and environmental management systems.
- Strong organisational, documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem solving and conflict management skills. Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Desirable **Skills and Experience**
- Effective client service / management skills.
- Experience with client transition / integration activity.
- Technical experience and knowledge working in asset management framework.
- Experience in MS Project.
- Ideally, at least 2 years working knowledge of BGIS, gained at operational sites.
- Process & metrics interpretation, development & analytical skills.
- Studying or recently completed a TAFE Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant trade.
- Understanding of HSEQ policies and procedures.
