The Opportunity Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a Program Manager reports into the Ecommerce Manager and will be responsible for owning and managing a range of Online programs to develop and deliver a suite of Online programs that drive customer satisfaction and drive revenue for Samsung Online channels. Role and Responsibilities - Assist the online team and Ecommerce manager in creating, dimensioning and prioritising initiatives to increase revenue, program attachment rates and customer satisfaction (including NPS and other metrics) - Review and improve the current program suite and core sales & delivery performance metrics - Work closely with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) to streamline the planning and execution of improvements to current program suite and launch of new strategies - Responsible for strong execution of program throughout all touchpoints of the purchase funnel including but not limited to, marketing, on-site experience, post-purchase experience - Assist with the ideation, creation and execution of programs during product launches and promotional calendar planning with the internal online team, category & marketing functions Skills and Qualifications To be successful for the role, you should have a "can do" attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include: - 3 - 5 years’ experience working as a Program owner in the digital space particularly with BAU tasks and future growth strategies - Experience in delivering customer-centric propositions to market whilst delivering on business objectives - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders at various levels - Success stories improving the user experience and results during previous roles - Experience using a content management system CMS (Adobe Experience Manager & SAP Hybris preferable) What sets us apart from the rest?
