**The Client**

**The Position**
- A personalised service solution approach to a portfolio of clients
- Monitoring POs, reporting shipment status updates, schedule management
- Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships - externally and internally
- Follow SOPs and company protocols
- Quoting and maintaining rate cards / sourcing new rates
- Ensure all shipment / customs documentation is submitted and issues are attended to in a proactive timely manner
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify / develop opportunities.

**The Requirements**

**To be successful you require**:

- Freight forwarding operations and customs experience within a freight forwarder (min. 2years)
- Well developed customer relationship managment skills
- Proven problem solving ability
- Mature, can do attitude
- Ability to work in both autonomous and team environments
- EDI Cargowise experience beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- MS Office a must
- Permanent Australian working rights
