Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer's Agent located in the Greater Newcastle Area. The Buyer's Agent will assist clients in identifying their property needs, researching potential properties, and negotiating purchase agreements. Daily tasks include working closely with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating property viewings, liaising with real estate agents and sellers, and ensuring all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.

  • Real estate knowledge and understanding of property markets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to research and analyze property data
  • Customer service and client management skills
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and management software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate
