DLI Training is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our training operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence. This is a leadership role that requires a visionary leader with a passion for education and a dedication to delivering value to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, setting clear objectives and measurable goals. Lead the team in achieving excellence in training services.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Implement best practices to streamline processes.
- **Financial Management**: Manage the budget and financial performance of the organization. Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, government agencies, and Indigenous communities.
- **Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality in training delivery, assessment, and student support. Ensure compliance with RTO regulations.
- **Innovation**: Drive innovation in training methodologies, technology adoption, and program development to stay at the forefront of the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven success and a minimum of [number of years] years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education or training sector.
- Strong knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of team development and motivation.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity, with experience working with Indigenous communities considered a plus.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Auburn, NSW 2144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
