As the Program Manager for Alauda and Airspeeder you will be in charge of current and future vehicle development programs as well as technical partnerships to deliver innovative projects.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position
- Manage the vehicle development program of existing and future vehicles for Alauda
- Responsible for management, plan development, budget and strategy for
- successful design, engineering, and manufacturing of vehicles
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with leaders across the business and effectively communicate requirements, priorities and blockers
- Effectively manage external relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Help drive innovation projects and incorporate innovative ideas into future programs

of work
- Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure vehicle program can

progress
- Coordinate cross functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure smooth

operation of program deliverables
- Implement procedures and processes to help align the team activities in

accordance with the business strategy
- Ensuring systems are in place to assure tracking of quality, delivery time, and

budget
- Monitor and review team KPIs to ensure objectives are met
- Remove blockers for the team and resolve issues to keep momentum and

development progression
- Motivate and engage the team to ensure set business strategy and timelines are

met
- Work with other leaders of the business on continuous improvements and ensure

there alignment across the business on activities
- Report on all activities and provide ongoing updates to executive team and board
- Assist with other tasks as reasonably requested

Qualifications and Experience

Required
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of work experience within the engineering industry
- Work experience within an elite automotive/motorsport company
- Experience as a program manager for the development of innovative vehicle prototypes as well as commercial vehicle development
- Technical knowledge of vehicle components and development process from concept design to start of sales
- Experience working with C-suites and key stakeholders to deliver KPIs, OKRs and key project milestones
- Experience managing budget, forecasting and financial analysis
- Experience defining programs from all areas; timelines, budget, resources and key deliverables

Desirable
- MBA - with a specialization in the automotive or motorsport industry
- Experience using CAE tools (CATIA, ANSYS etc.)
- Experience leading a team of various engineering disciplines
- Experience working with suppliers and defining mutually beneficial projects
