Reporting to the Technology Portfolio Delivery Manager, the Technology & Innovation Program Manager is a newly created role in the Business & Information Systems division. The role will have responsibility for program and project management of Technology projects and programs from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to governance throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leadership to drive strong engagement of stakeholders, develop high performing cross-functional teams and achieve a collaborative partnership culture that encourages accountability
- Drive program and project governance (including reporting, management of RAID and change, and working groups) and interface with governance groups, vendors and other internal stakeholders
- Manage the delivery of technical and non technical components including oversight and alignment of external components and necessary change management
- Define, monitor and report on program and project KPIs
- Develop project and program resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and associated day to day operational activities
- Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers

Key requirements include:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- PMP/ PMI certified
- Extensive experience in hybrid technology and business environments
- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills
- Proven experience in championing new program and project management governance practises to stakeholders
- Ability to influence, collaborate, motivate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels

Overall you will be passionate about technology and providing great customer experiences with technology. You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills and be willing to challenge customers to ensure their needs are thoroughly understood.
