**_Hospital Medical Officer - Obstetrics & Gynaecology_**

Classification: PGY2/3 or above

**Salary**: as per Doctors In Training Enterprise Agreement - Medical Officers
Hours: 76 per fortnight
Status: Full Time Fixed Term (12 months) commencing FEB OR AUGUST 2025

HMO in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for February 2025 and August 2025 intakes. Join a team of 12 Resident Medical Officers and 13 Registrars. Variety of experience in all aspects of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Suitable for IMG needing Level 2 supervision. Accredited with RANZCOG to provide CWH and PTP training.

You will be working in a major hospital 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD. They have s a strong supportive community base with good schools and excellent infrastructure making it an ideal location for families to relocate. It has fantastic restaurants, shops, cultural precincts, sporting facilities and tertiary facilities making it a great area to live and work.

**Essential CRITERIA**
01.Must have MBBS or equivalent degree with current General Provisional OR LIMITED Registration with AHPRA. (Level 2 supervision and above)

02.Demonstrated appropriate level experience and skills in medical assessment and clinical management of patients, experience in O&G

03.High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently and appropriately with patients and their families and other health professionals

04.Ability to effectively use organisational skills (incorporating documentation, time management skills, critical thinking and priority setting)

05.Ability to work as an effective team member in a multi-disciplinary environment as well as independently (under appropriate supervision)
