**Job Description**:
Partnering with our ANZ Go-to-Market (GTM) Teams, this role will be responsible for end to end financial and operational support into these departments. With a focus on understanding the key business drivers, you will look to improve performance and optimise process. This includes data analysis, insights, reporting and strategy. The best person for this role understands how to drive real measurable impact through these efforts.
- Looking at data strategically and find new ways to collect, view and analyse the data that can make meaningful impacts for the team.
- Understanding pipeline and lead flow and own reporting through all stages of the funnel, maintaining Salesforce/BI dashboards
- Analysing the ANZ customer portfolio, resourcing and assist the Commercial Finance Manager in designing plans to best address growth and retention goals.
- Creating and analysing reports in our GTM effectiveness, and business impact, making recommendations on areas for optimisation and alignment.
- Reporting to leadership about weekly, and monthly performance against goals and targets.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand risks and opportunities in their respective teams/departments
- Working closely with the Commercial Operations team and business stakeholders to ensure key metrics are well understood and aligned to delivering overall region goals.
- Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager with regular reporting into the Revenue Operations council. Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities in achieving the region goals.
- Developing a methodology to accurately predict and forecast quarterly retention across the ANZ renewal portfolio. Maintain and regularly report on forecast.
- Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Reviewing expenses and prepare P&L variance analysis and trends
- Assisting with the design and calculation of incentive plans, ensuring these drive desirable behaviours and link to overall company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Commercial Analyst or Business Partner.
- Previous experience with Sales, Marketing or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment viewed favourably.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the drivers of growth in a growing business is also viewed favourably.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution, delivering under a tight deadline.
- A high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with actionable reporting for stakeholders
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Experience with financial and ERP systems such as Netsuite, PBCS, Looker and Salesforce viewed favourably.
- Bachelor’s degree - Business/ Commerce.
- CA/ CPA Qualified.
