**About the role**
Right now we are looking for an Accounts Coordinator - Deductions to join the team at FIP Group.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring costings associated with employee deductions/vehicles/accommodation are in the approved budget
- Driving continuous improvement across all PIL team business unit activities to achieve KPIs
- Proactively monitoring and tracking deductions inbox with regards to employee deduction changes inline with operational guidelines
- Proactively maintaining accurate PIL data bases, tracking, monitoring, and highlighting areas of concern, supported by recommended rectification actions
- Ensuring compliance with Operational Management System
- Support the facilitation of internal audit processes
- Managing internal relationships with support teams to ensure overall operational excellence across the PIL team

To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they arise.

You will also have:

- Finance experience, experience in similar role
- Accounting skills to accurately and ethically manage financial transactions
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Expert knowledge of excel
- Relevant qualification or degree
