**About the role**

As a National Account Executive based in our Clayton office, you will join the Selleys Bunnings National Account team and be a part of a team to develop and implement strategies and plans that deliver sustained, profitable growth for both Selleys and Bunnings, our largest customer. The National Account Executive will be coached and developed in great account & category management skills by the Channel Business Manager and National Account Manager and will form part of an engaged, committed and accountable Bunnings Account Team.

This entry level role will take the lead on data analysis, reporting, execution tracking & evaluation of programs and activities within Bunnings Australia. This requires attention to detail and follow through across a wide range of individuals within Bunnings and across the Selleys business including Field Sales Team, Dulux Group Merchandising Team, Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure channel plans are delivered.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets within Bunnings.
- Use data and critical evaluation to provide learning, insights and sales tools to enhance the delivery of the sales plans.
- Activate the strategy/plans as set out by the Channel Business Manager.
- Maintain regular contact and productive business relationships with a variety of Bunnings team members to enhance the execution of the Selleys plans.
- Build a clear understanding of the Bunnings opportunity, communicate this well throughout the relevant Selleys functions and turn into Bunnings growth plans.
- Exhibit personal leadership on safety and sustainability issues within the team

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to plan, prioritise and follow through with action
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and a natural comfort with data and performance measures
- Sales experience preferable
