**What's on offer?**

This is a six month contract.

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist at ABN Group, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand and proactively address their current and future hiring needs, supporting our business growth.

This role is dynamic, high-volume, and hands-on, requiring proficiency with systems such as PageUp, Seek Talent Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

ABN Group is committed to career development, and internal recruitment along with talent pipelines are integral to our process.

In addition to recruitment, you'll engage in exciting TA projects including:

- Talent Market Mapping to identify top talent
- Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing initiatives
- Building partnerships and hosting events to support early-career talent pipelines
- Maximizing the ATS (PageUp) to nurture and grow a talent pipeline
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to adapt to current market conditions
