**A day in the life**

As the Maintenance Manager you’ll be responsible for the efficient planning, directing and management of all aspects of maintenance within the resort. This relates to day to day daily, preventative maintenance, property based projects, all Capital Expenditure projects and third-party contractor requirements.

You’ll be required to liaise with contractors and perform tasks in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with OH&S policies and procedures and report any complex maintenance issues. This position has high expectations around effective communication to other departments and appropriate documentation.

This position is a permanent full-time position. To ensure our property has 7-day maintenance coverage this role will be required to work weekends.

**We’re looking for**

Someone who will live and breathe the RACV IACT values; Innovation, accountability, courage and one team. In addition to;
- Previous maintenance experience with a trade qualification is desirable
- Experience within a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded
- Previous experience in leading, supporting and mentoring a team
- Manage reporting, documentation, budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance plans
- Ability to build rapport with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders
- A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail & solid time management skills
- A solid understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
- Suitable physical fitness
- Ability to interact with our members and guests
