About the Role

Reporting directly to the Vineyard Operations Manager, this role involves hands on vineyard operations, including but not limited to:

- Tractor operations (mowing, fungicide spraying, trimming etc.)
- Pruning
- Harvest operations
- General property upkeep
- Repairs and maintenance (tractors, trellis, irrigation, fencing)

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience with machinery operations, ideally in a vineyard environment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work under pressure, adaptable to changing deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Forklift license.

The following will be looked at favourably, but are not essential:

- ChemCert license

Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
