**The Role**

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to the GM & President USA, including but not limited to managing the calendars, booking meetings, making travel arrangements and various administrative tasks.
- Updating client contact information into CRM database ZoHo
- Assist with any ad hoc duties and retrieve information where needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the BD team and GM/President USA.
- Supporting and developing the required professional documents and proposals for presentation to clients
- Organise and book meetings as required.
- Handle correspondence as directed to the team, clients and or executive team.
- During quiet periods support the BD team with administration tasks
- Ability to work across different time zones and manage diaries effectively.

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Sales/Marketing experience desirable, not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn complementing software quickly
- The ability to work autonomously, with a natural understanding of which tasks to prioritise.
- Ability to deal with multiple and conflicting priorities seamlessly
- Proactive mindset
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to edit and review reports and other documents to a professional standard.
- Strong stakeholder management, and ability to build relationships in a professional manner.
