**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Digital Marketing Executive plays an essential role in delighting both new and existing TVSN customers through paid media campaigns and engaging social content. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with our external media agency, Merchandise and Creative teams. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious and as creative as they are data driven.

**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Manage the paid media and organic social elements of the Marketing calendar to align with and support the broader marketing plans
- Measure, optimise and analyse digital marketing performance, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Remain current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices
- Work with the Creative team to develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms
- Assist Head of Marketing on Digital Projects

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience on paid media campaigns and with major social media platforms and management tools
- Experienced in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively
- The ability to organise, plan and structure your work in an often-fast paced environment, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- You have a positive can-do attitude and results driven who work well autonomously and in a team
