**Import & Export Shipping Specialist** **Who We Are Looking For**: You will play a key role and will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all inbound (Import) and Outbound (Export) to and from the AGCO / SPAREX warehouses in Melbourne and Brisbane and outbound freight movements to customers, Inter-company shipments and assist management with all freight costs/budgets. You will be a qualified and experienced "hands-on" Import/Export transportation and logistics professional with proven knowledge of the Global Forwarder markets & ANZ in reference to all modes of transport (air, sea, road, express parcel), by establishing transportation lanes, requirements, quotation, selection and continuous negotiations and cost/service improvements. The objective is to deliver a high quality and within lead time freight service to the distributors in ANZ and our global divisions. **What You Will Do**: - Coordinate Inbound and Outbound activities to secure in time parts dispatch to deliver a high quality and responsive freight service to dealers in ANZ and prepare time sensitive daily documentation for Global, NZ & Domestic shipments - Liaise with internal departments to support and assist with customer freight issues. Prepare KPI's and daily tracking spreadsheets and communicate with Customer Care, Operations, and external carriers - Develop a strong operational connection with the Parts Distribution Warehouse team - Ad hoc tasks to support local team, such as Claims & returns management, administration of accounts, KPI reporting, invoice reconciliation and expand management cover **Who You Are**: - Able to meet our outbound delivery performance to Customers in time (95%) - Experienced in Freight Cost Budget within OPEX target - Able to produce and analyse data and accurate reporting of all Inbound schedules - Drive and meet inbound Performance to Standard 90% - Practical knowledge with EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT and OUTLOOK, preferably OASIS & MANHATTAN WMS as well as TMS (Transport Management System) usage - Have strong Stakeholder management and ability to work cross functional teams such as commercial, supply-chain, customer care, transports, other warehouses operational teams - Freight management and Forwarder Market insight - You are used to work in multicultural environments, with a good diversity of markets and culture **A Plus If You Have**: - You have 3+ years of experience within Warehouse Operations & Transport management - You have experience and statistical skills in generating Performance report - You are a team player with well-developed analysis and communication skills, capable to work under pressure and changing priorities - You have a passion for data & facts and compliance regulations, an ability to influence your warehouse teams to follow the needed requirements - You have knowledge of the total AGCO Parts business or similar expertise within the agricultural and/or automotive industry with particular emphasis on International Transport requirements to meet the needs of dealers in ANZ & Global partners AGCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural engineering with a portfolio of exciting international brands which deliver solutions to farmers in 140 countries through a full line offer from tractors and combine harvesters to protein production systems and smart farming software solutions - to an environment where the future is happening now.
