Rostering & Administration Officer - Woodridge

Our Trinder Park residential aged care facility based in Woodridge has a great position for an experienced Rostering Administration Officer. This position is vital to the management of the provision of effective efficient and high quality rostering and administration support to the service.

**About the role**:

- Provide efficient support to roster changes with mínimal disruption to clients
- Provide Customer Service with positive communication
- Report to Clinical Leadership teams
- Respond to Payroll related enquiries
- Assist with administration for recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Reconcile timesheets for payroll processing
- Assist with purchase orders, account processing and resident billing

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Above average skills in Microsoft products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
