**About the Role**:

- Support rostering and payroll functions, ensuring smooth scheduling with mínimal disruption.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with staff and management.
- Assist with payroll inquiries, timesheet reconciliation, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including maintaining employee records.
- Manage general administrative duties such as document preparation, billing support, and filing.

**About You**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in rostering, payroll, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
