**The Company**

Center West Exports is a world class processing, distribution and export business of fresh fruit and vegetables, predominately carrots grown on our own farms. We export year round to Asia and the Middle East.

**The Role**

This is a full-time position. Working closely with the export and accounts team. Willing to learn all aspects of export documentation - Freight Forwarding.

**key responsibilities**
- Assisting export Team with freight forwarding, preparing export documents and raising customer invoices
- liaising with shipping companies and goverment agencies, bookings of sea and air transport
- covering reception when required and answering phones
- accounts payable data entry when required
- general administration duties

**About You**
- at least 2 years experience in a similar administration role
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience working in high volume accounts payable role capable of quick and accurate data entry
- must be able to multi task and work effectively under pressure
- have an organized approach to work and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- be willing to learn other skills and duties, such as export documentation and freight forwarding
- work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
