The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre currently has an exciting full-time opening for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Underwood team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Manager/Salesperson to be part of Australia's Premier Cricket Retailer. Managing our Underwood store, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, driving the store to achieve business goals and targets.
About the role:
- Coach, lead and set the example for a small team
- Foster relationships with local community sporting associations
- Provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain instore visual merchandising.
- Stock control including assisting with stocktakes and internals transfers.
- Assist our website team with fulfilling online orders.
- Administrative duties such as rostering, sales reporting and banking
About you:
- Have a genuine interest in cricket or sport in general.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Previous management experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Microsoft products
