**Job description**:

- Reliable Support Worker, proactive, experienced with supporting people living with autism.
- Supports to enable maximum independence in personal activities of daily living in the home and in the community.
- Supports for assistance with personal care (prompting to get client motivated out of bed and ready for the day etc)
- The first job is to build rapport with the client who is 11 years old. She has tick disorder.
- So, we looking for someone with understanding and experience.
- Support hours are flexible to start 6 hours a week with a possible increase to 12 hours a week.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Schedule**:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Duties? **Prompting and assisting the client to get up, take a shower and get ready for school, assist with preparing and packing school lunch. Assist in Community access and daily living tasks.

**HRS per day/shifts? **To be advised in an interview, suitable for someone looking to pick up extra hours.

**Rate per hour: Award Rate ( Subject to go up once taking experience into account)**

To be eligible for the role you must have:

**Experience**:

- Autism: 1 year (required)
