Ferny Grove QLD, Australia JRM Disability Support Services Full time $72,000 - $100,800 per year

The one to one support is for a bright, young woman who requires a capable team to assist her both in home with high level personal care, therapy support, community access and domestic assistance. The young woman has severe multiple disabilities including physical, intellectual and visual.

Job Description:

  • Guaranteed 1-3 shifts per week
  • Day shifts between 6-10 hours
  • Active overnight shifts
  • Use of multiple of customised equipment as vehicle, bed, wheelchair
  • Team of 8 -9 support workers supervised by a team leader
  • Team rotates through weekend shifts
  • Occasional extra shifts available
  • Start date as soon as possible or can be negotiated

Applicant requirements:

  • Local to Ferny Grove area (within 30 min travel time)
  • NDIS worker screening or willingness to obtain at own cost
  • Fit and healthy due physical nature of work
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's License (Vehicle provided)
  • Mobile phone
  • First Aid Certificate/ CPR or willingness to obtain at own cost
  • Experience is a plus but not a must- all training provided on the job - multiple double up shifts with different people.

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
