As the Customer Service Executive you will be managing a high volume of inbound calls and escalations of orders. You will also enjoy working with a truly passionate CEO who has earned the loyalty of his great staff through his dedication to the organisation and its people.

**The Responsibilities**
- Providing sales and customer service support to new and existing customers in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the Companies processes and systems so you can competently service our Customers
- The fielding of incoming sales enquiries to competently address all sales enquiries and ensure that both prospects and Customers are given the right information to make educated purchasing decisions
- Assist in cost analysis and invoicing processes to ensure accurate financial tracking and transparency.
- Provide support in managing key accounts, working closely with the account management team to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.

**What we are looking for**
- Extremely strong Customer Service focused.
- Comfortable with technology systems and a fast learner.
- Strong understanding of CRM and an ability to implement CRM specific solutions.
- Strong personality with high self-esteem and self-confidence.
- Open to criticism and direct feedback.
- Work effectively in small to medium business environments or small to medium teams.
- Very hands on and get directly involved in operational issues
- Capable of escalating and seeking assistance when overwhelmed. Able to also identify issues that they cannot solve without support at an early stage.
