We are all about the cookware, sleepwear, cleaning gadgets, you name it we have it. We express our passion and love by ensuring that our customers receive the best after care service.
Our office is conveniently located in the centre of **Bondi Junction**, 60 seconds from the train station, and is full of dynamic and hard-working individuals who all play a key role in the eCommerce and direct response TV industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Investigate and resolve** customer enquiries according to established policies and procedures, work instructions and guidelines, in an effective and respectful manner
- Ability to **problem solve** and come up with solutions that best suit the scenario
- To ensure that we accommodate every customer's needs to the best that we can and assure that they receive the **best after-care service** that we can provide
- Being able to **work with other members of staff** in your team and communicate at all times where necessary. Be able to branch out any ideas or solutions that you think could benefit your team and the customers
- To have very clear **attention to detail** in regards to ensuring customer details are correct when importing and sending out items
- To make sure that you are always **organised** and have the ability to multitask.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and navigate between systems and databases
- MUST have a professional approach and phone manner
- Reliable, committed & punctual

- Highly organised and an eye for accuracy and strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and people engagement capability
- A strong work ethic that understands the importance of going above and beyond to satisfy the customer and exceed their expectation
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc and has general computer skills
- Be driven by a passion for speaking to customers using empathy
**Experience**:
- **Minimum 1 year** in a customer service role
- Student Visas / Working Holiday Visas accepted

**Pay**:$33.19ph Weekdays (Weekend & Public Holiday rates apply)
*Under 21's rates differ slightly based on the rates set by the Fair Work Ombudsman
- Mon - Sun between 8am-6pm (roster)
- Must be available on Public Holidays
- Must be available during our busiest sales periods (Christmas, New Years, Easter etc)
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: From $33.19 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
Supplementary Pay:
- Penalty rates
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
