- **The Role**:
We are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to be a strategic partner to operational leadership, driving the alignment of business goals with people strategies. This role implements People & Culture initiatives through leveraging the Centres of Excellence.
- **Location: Queensland - some travel required**
- **Responsibilities**:
The People and Culture Business Partner will implement HR policies, coach operational teams on performance,, develop and manage succession planning, workforce planning, and talent management. Drawing on your retail experience, you will lead people change initiatives and use HR data and metrics to drive commercial outcomes, improve productivity, reduce turnover, and optimise labour costs, while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

- Experience in HR, preferably in retail or multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders.
- Skilled in change management and embedding initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities.
