**Your new company**

A financial institution requires an experienced Organisational Design specialist to join on a 12-month Fixed Term contract.

**Your new role**

This role will see you partner with the senior leadership team to design and implement organisational design strategies to support transformation across the business. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of target state organisation designs that align with the organisation design principle.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must have demonstrated experience in a similar type of role completing organisational design projects from end to end. You must have designed organisational structures previously for a large organisation. You must be an expert in the Organisational Design space and be comfortable to advise best practice methodology and tools to design future state models.
