**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Contract Specialist to join our Service team in Parramatta head office. The main focus of this role is to provide support to business by delivering contract estimates, equipment Life cycle costs and contracts profitability.

**Reporting to the Group Contract Manager your other responsibility will be**:

- Design, implementation and management of Parts and Service Agreements for our customers
- You will build strong relationship with our internal and external customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions in form of contracts.
- Understand contract requirements and prepare comprehensive subcontract scope of works, to minimize commercial risk.
- Provide high quality information and guidance on contract issues and/or problems as required.
- Proactive identification of continuous improvements opportunity within your area of responsibility.
- Post Graduate experience of 1 -2 years working with legal contracts, including strong drafting skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement at operational levels.
- Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of accuracy.
- Clear business level communication and presentation skills.
- Your tertiary qualification in law with deep understanding of contractual agreement is preferred.
