**The role**:
The asset logistics analyst will manage the logistics of workplace hardware through its lifecycle. The role involves receiving, warehousing and dispatching workplace hardware
to/from our suppliers and customers. It is also equally important that asset movements are recorded and tracked in Servicenow.
The role also involves performing test and repair activities that include co-ordination of third party vendors.
**Your opportunity**
- Ensure efficient use of Workplace hardware and software assets across the organisation
- Ensure usage compliance of Workplace hardware and software assets across the organisation
**The role and Day to day will include**:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, tracking number and ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) to a high accuracy
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Create PO reporting
- Providing new asset reporting for Servicenow input
- Manage asset movement within Servicenow
- Perform stock audits in the warehouse and at Tech Lounge sites where required
- Operate and maintain preventative warehouse and equipment
- Provide good customer service
- Liaise with logistics suppliers and contractors
- Prepare daily stock movement reporting
- Coordinate escalations
- Processing eparcel returns
**Skills & experience**
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 20kgs
- Manual handling experience
- Current forklift license - desirable
- Ability to improve the service
- Experience with scanners and stock management systems
- Warehouse service improvement experience - desirable
- Interest in IT hardware - desirable

- Proven ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes
- Proven experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties to deliver successful outcomes in a time sensitive environment
