We are a private company, 100% owned by our directors and employees and we have a Board of Directors with a majority independent director representation.

We are actively seeking an **Agriculture Financial Analyst** to join our Agriculture Investment Management Team. This role reports to the General Manager of Agriculture Investments and will be working with the team who provide the analytics and supports the acquisition process of assets within the agriculture industry.

**What the Agriculture Financial Analyst does**
- Financial Modelling & Key Metric Analysis_
- Complete advanced modelling and detailed analysis of potential property acquisitions and divestments
- Validate and interrogate modelling assumptions ensuring they are accurate and fit-for-purpose
- Assist with the development of various analytical tools and investment models
- High quality analysis in various forms, supported by comprehensive research, to understand trends and formulate reports
- Management of acquisition process and relationships_
- Management of acquisition pipeline and prioritization of assets
- Management of the full acquisition cycle including due diligence, financial modelling, management of stakeholders and service providers and management of transition.
- Develop and assist acquisition reporting in accordance with investor and governance requirements
- Lead and manage the drafting of Investment Memorandums

- Monitor strategic plan implementation effectiveness
- Development of agricultural white papers supported by comprehensive research, to understand trends and formulate reports
- Develop and expand strong working relationships with internal team members, farm staff, external consultants and industry professionals

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Experience in a similar role, such as Financial Analyst, Agribusiness Analyst or Investment Analyst OR you recently graduated and want us to train you up into this position.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with demonstrated experience using and understanding of complex investment models. Including strong proven Excel modelling experience
- Understanding and experience in agriculture will be an advantage, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritize and organise work demands and deadlines
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce detailed reports and documentation
