Asset Management Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Asset Management Analyst to support the monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of investment and physical assets. The ideal candidate will work with financial models, asset performance data, and portfolio management tools to support strategic decisions that drive asset value and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and modeling of assets to evaluate performance, risk, and return
Monitor asset performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
Support the management of real estate, financial, or infrastructure assets
Collaborate with internal teams including finance, operations, and legal to optimize portfolio value
Perform market research and competitive analysis to assess risks and opportunities
Maintain and update asset management databases and software tools
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for assets under management
Provide support in due diligence for acquisitions or dispositions
Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
13 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or investment management
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with asset management software such as Yardi, MRI, or Argus is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
