**About the role**
As the Commercial Administrator for Mitchell Services you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders (external and internal) providing expert commercial analysis of operations and client contracts for an ASX listed company. Duties will include the following:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reviews and other presentations for client meetings as required Revenue and cost optimisation
- Supporting the General Manager - Commercial and Business Development Managers with tender preparation ensuring tenders and clarifications are fully completed and submitted within the required time frames.
- Online tender portal registrations and management of tender submission
- Event management - exhibitions, client entertainment, golf days and other sponsorships, supervisors’ quarterly meetings
- Market research through market intelligence subscriptions
