Course Enrolment Administration Officer

**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a reliable, proactive individual who takes ownership and direction of this multi-faceted role. Full training will be provided.
**What you'll be doing**: (including, but not restricted to)
- Handling general correspondence, phone calls, and distribution of material
- Assist with course enrolment and coordination
- Assist with preparation and distribution of course documents
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office
- Posting, editing, scheduling, and moderating our student forum
- Social media management, banners and production of marketing materials
- Assist with communications between GP Academy’s trainees and staff
- Embodying our core values of honesty, transparency, integrity, high-level service provision, and satisfaction from serving

**What do you bring to the table?**
- **Essential: MS Office and/or iWork skills at an intermediate level**:
- 12 months of relevant experience is essential
- **Essential: High-level writing and editing skills required for formal correspondence**:
- High level of proactive problem-solving skills
- **Strong verbal and interpersonal skills** including a warm, friendly and efficient phone manner
- The ability to work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a small team
- **Extremely reliable and highly organised** with excellent **attention to detail**:
- Excellent **time management** skills and multitasking
- You need to have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
This job requires you to be present at the office; remotely working from home is not an option with this role.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Office 365: 2 years (preferred)
