Previous administration/ coordination experience within an HR team is desirable.

Exceptional planning and organisational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills HR qualification, or studying towards qualification Good computer skills, specifically MS Word and Excel A strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and a desire to learn and grow An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
This leading global organisation is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Administrator to join their Melbourne office on an initial 12-month basis. A leader in its field, the organisation is very well respected and is known for looking after its employees.
Working closely with the team leader and reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the HR function across a range of human resources activities including:
Creating employment documentation (offer letters, change letters, etc.) Maintaining the HR database and other systems associated with employment changes Coordinating the onboarding & offboarding activities Provision of administrative support in the maintenance of all Human Resource policies, procedures, and forms Working collaboratively with the Human Resources team on diverse HR projects Support of projects which contribute to the effective delivery of services. Assisting in the production of monthly and ad hoc HR reporting
