**Key Accountabilities**:
**About the Role**:
We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Parts Interpreter to join our Newcastle team. Based in Beresfield, this position will make you the first point of contact for all inbound queries relating to parts and inventory management of our submersible pump fleet.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Interpreting and processing customer parts requests
- Receiving incoming freight, including stock orders and receipting into inventory system
- Managing stock levels, forecasting and re-ordering
- Storing incoming stock
- Assigning parts to pending customer orders
- Picking customer orders for delivery and dispatch
- Identifying, sourcing and selling spare parts and other parts as required
- Preparing invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
- Providing parts support to internal workshop operations & sales operatives
- Stocktake and inventory management

**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:
**Essential**:

- Current Driver’s Licence
- Parts knowledge and experience within the Rental, Construction or Heavy Duties Industry would be advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines
- Great problem-solving and an ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously, with limited supervision
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Pump knowledge
- Previous experience using equipment hire software (Insphire or similar)
- Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
