**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists within our Dairy Team for an Assistant Brand Manager. This is a position that sits within the Coffee & Dairy Business Unit, in the Dairy team and working in a team of 4 experienced marketers. This role is focussed on the Milk Modifiers category (MILO, Nesquik) and Baking Milks category (Carnation & Nestlé).

**A day in the life**

This is a particularly dynamic Business Unit where strategy, innovation and communication are developed locally. This is a perfect entry level step into world-class marketing, you will be working across a variety of projects (supporting and leading) in:

- communications, sponsorship, internal & external PR, Ebusiness asset development, product sampling & promotions
- point of sale display development
- management of marketing spend, purchase order management and reconciliation
- product improvement, product innovation, with strong focus on project management skills
- You will have the opportunity to support the team and build skills in research, ideation, strategy development and data analysis
- You will lead our product tasting program and samples management
- You will do all this collaborating with internal and external cross functional stakeholders

- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, upholds high integrity and has passion for what they do with a healthy curiosity.
- You will be confident being able to build relationships both face to face and virtually across a cross-functional team. Highly valued will be superior presenting, writing and analytic skills, along with experience in a fast paced FMCG business.
- You will be tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
