We are rapidly expanding into additional categories and are experiencing exceptional growth in our Short-Term Rental (AirBnb) category. Within this category, we provide cleaning services to properties under the management of large Property Management Groups.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage the relationship with the Property Management Group and our partners, the cleaning companies. The role requires troubleshooting job management issues as well as nurturing to ensure continued quality outcomes for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with property managers to closely understand the needs and goals of the customer
- Work with the offshore support team to ensure all customer support related issues are resolved quickly
- Run in-person and video demonstration training with suppliers on how to navigate the Whizz app
- Work with partners to drive adoption and utilisation of the Whizz platform
- Attend client meetings facilitated by the Account Executive or Account Directors, and communicate regularly with clients
- Relay data insights to clients of monthly account performance

- An ability to help clients solve problems, and think outside the square with some of their challenges
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, and thrive in a high pace, exciting and challenging environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to effectively manage your time and high attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savviness. You’ll be using multiple systems in your role
