**Ray White | Kiama** are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join their highly respected, award winning team in the role of **Leasing Manager**.

Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We encourage individuals who are new to industry to apply. We are more interested in motivated and passionate individuals. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude

**Your duties will include**:

- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting in-going inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- High level communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
- A valid driver’s licence.
