We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated full time Supervisor to join our team at Flour Water Salt Café. You'll work closely with the Owners to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the café while delivering exceptional food, service, and a welcoming customer experience.

Cafe is open Tuesday-Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High level of Customer Experience & Customer Service
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team
  • Operations: Oversee daily café operations
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage rosters to budget, staff training breaks, delegate tasks, and provide support and feedback during shifts.
  • Training & Communication

What We're Looking For:

  • Hospitality experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Pro-active personality
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Strong barista experience essential
