**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This exciting role will be responsible for building on our D-LUXE and Decjuba Kids social media channels, delivering AMAZING to our passionate social followers through compelling and commercial content.
We are on the lookout for a creative specialist, with direct experience producing, writing, and editing content for all social media platforms. You will have an eye for what’s trending in fashion and culture and know how to drive engagement, as well as revenue.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Evolve and execute D-LUXE and Decjuba Kids social media strategy across all channels, content pillars, and initiatives
- Work with the creative & design team to curate and create amazing imagery, video and content that is aesthetically on-brand
- Develop on-brand tactical initiatives (e.g. competitions, brand partnerships, UGC campaigns) to drive acquisition
- Partner with PR lead to engage with content creators and influencers to build social advocacy
- Harness fandom and build a passionate social community
- Provide Social Media thought-leadership, embedding social across the business and engaging key stakeholders
- Recommend initiatives to connect social with eCommerce and other commercial opportunities
- Report, monitor and analyse performance to ensure activity is optimised and continuously improved
- Manage PR & Social Intern (shared report)
**OUR NEXT SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD**
- Strong knowledge of social media technology, trends, and best practices
- A content expert - creative flair with an eye for style and aesthetics
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to develop effective and collaborative working relationships with internal departments and external business partners
- Ability and flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A passion for fashion
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree required, preferably in marketing, media or communications
- 3+ years of relevant experience, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate this
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs
